  If you are STL school student or a Faith Formation student who is NOT a registered member of St. Catherine Labouré Parish, we will need a Letter of Proper Permission from your Pastor at your parish of registration to receive the sacraments at St. Catherine Laboure. Letters of Permission will be discussed at the Sacrament Meetings.
  Churches of Baptism- provide the name of the church at Baptism (regardless of current mergers) and the Church’s mailing address.
